If you've been dreaming about exploring Europe in a unique and memorable way, water can be the best option and Uber now has you covered. Uber launches boat rentals in the select areas of the EU.

Just click and order a boat

Uber is looking to level-up after conquering ride hailing on land, so water is the next step.

The EU will be acting as a launch site for Uber's latest offering. This June, you can start using the Click&Boat platform meant for boat rental services.

The company is touting this new offering as "the easiest way to create unforgettable memories on water."

50,000 rental boats available

By teaming up with Click&Boat, you'll instantly have 50,000 boat rentals available to book through the app. These boats are rented by individuals and professionals.

You can also browse through a large selection of boat types, such as sailboats and motorboats.

If you don't know how to sail or operate a boat, you can even order skipper services so you can kick back and relax.

Limited locations for now

The service is expected to be operational by this June, but will be in limited countries and cities.

Right now, Uber has listed 23 cities in five European markets. These include popular boating locations such as Saint-Tropez and Cannes.

Unlike with the traditional ride share, this rental is all about creating guided day trips. While it's geared towards tourists, it's not restricted to them.

The idea is that, if you rent a boat with a skipper, you can take part in organized tours along the coasts of some of the most beautiful areas of the EU.

Some also offer extras on the boats such as aperitifs, to help make it a memorable experience.

The ultimate way to holiday

If you've got a trip coming up to the EU, and you're looking to try something unique, the Uber Click&Boat collab could be the perfect option.
