It's already pretty cool to be a twin, but now you and your twin can take advantage of a tasty offer. Pret A Manger has announced a limited-time promotion on May 21 that lets you and your twin eat lunch for free.

'Twins Eat Free' promotion proves two is better than one

What a fun way to celebrate being a twin! The 'Twins Eat Free' promotion will be available at selected Pret A Manger restaurants in the country on May 21 only.

Each of you will get a free Pick Your Pair meal, which typically sells for $9.99. This is a newer offering on the menu and is a mix-and-match-style meal.

You'll be able to pair items like a side salad, side soup, or half a sandwich.

The word "twins" is doing a lot of heavy lifting

The offer gets even better because the word "twins" is more forgiving than you may think. Sure, you can be actual twins, or you can be best friends in matching outfits, coworkers wearing the same thing, and so on.

As the restaurant says, you just need to show up as a pair and each guest can order from the free Pick Your Pair menu.

“Lunch is always better with your other half, whether that’s your twin, work bestie or the friend who always steals a bite,” said Felipe Athayde, President of North America, Pret A Manger.

“Twins Eat Free is our way of turning an ordinary lunch break into something a little more fun, with freshly made food that’s meant to be paired and shared,” said Athayde.

Where to get the offer

The offer is available at the shops in Washington, D.C., New York, Philadelphia, and Chicago, with a few excluded shops.

Keep in mind, this is for dine-in only. It is limited to one meal per person and is valid while supplies last.

Don't miss out if you are a twin

Free lunch is the best lunch, especially when you have someone to split the napkins with. So grab your twin and don't even think about sitting this one out.
