Papa Johns adds a twist to the classic stuffed-crust pizza

Not only is Papa Johns offering stuffed crust pizza for a limited time, but the brand’s version offers a fun twist. The crust is stuffed with cheese and pepperoni.

"The Epic Pepperoni-Stuffed Crust Pizza is a perfect example of our commitment to delivering quality in every part of the pizza," said Mark Gabrovic, VP of Culinary at Papa Johns, in a statement shared with Parade.

"Starting with our fresh, never-frozen dough, we carefully make each pizza with real pepperoni, melty cheese and the handcrafted preparation that makes Papa Johns special. By putting the same care into the crust as we do every other ingredient, we've created a pizza experience that stands out from the first bite to the last," said Gabrovic.

Papa Johns is giving customers what they want

The traditional cheese-only stuffed crust pizza initially launched at Papa Johns in 2020. Called the Epic Stuffed Crust, it was a hit.

For those with a good memory, you may remember Papa Johns then launched the Pepperoni Stuffed Crust Pizza in 2022. As you'd expect, it was an even bigger hit, but unfortunately, it was a limited-time menu item.
