Dunkin’ reveals new Halloween menu with purple marshmallow foam
Dunkin' has launched a new Halloween lineup featuring Green Apple Dunkin' Zero and Purple Marshmallow Cold Foam. The coffee chain also launched a collection of drinks with names that sound like they were pulled straight from a Halloween-themed candy aisle.
The limited-time menu is available nationwide starting today, with more Halloween surprises expected throughout October.
Green apple is having a spooky little moment
The biggest new arrival is Green Apple Dunkin' Zero, a zero-sugar energy drink with crisp, tart apple flavor and sparkling water. It is available in Green Apple Dunkin' Zero, Midnight Apple Dunkin' Zero, Candy Kiss Dunkin' Zero and Orchard Twist Dunkin' Zero. These four variants consist of crisp green apple with sparkling water, green apple mixed with blackberry, green apple with tropical mango and green apple paired with peach, respectively.
The purple foam
The more visually appealing addition is Purple Marshmallow Cold Foam, a Halloween spin on the chain's marshmallow cold foam. It is a velvety purple topping that can now top everything from energy drinks to matcha and frozen coffee. And as a first, Dunkin' Zero is getting cold foam.
The lineup includes Sour Apple Energy (Green Apple Dunkin' Zero, sour lemonade and Purple Marshmallow Cold Foam), Terror-misu Cloud Latte (Iced espresso with tiramisu flavor, Purple Marshmallow Cold Foam and hot chocolate powder), Dark Spell Daydream Refresher (Berry clementine and blueberry flavors with oatmilk and purple foam), Creepy Crawler Coffee Chiller (Frozen coffee with tiramisu flavor, Purple Marshmallow Cold Foam, whipped cream and mocha drizzle) and Franki Matcha (Sweetened matcha with whole milk and vanilla, finished with purple foam).
More than just purple foam
Dunkin' is also bringing back the general Halloween-drink energy with three additional seasonal beverages. Midnight Potion Refresher combines berry clementine, blueberry and green tea while Werewolf Punch Refresher mixes blackberry, clementine, mango, pineapple and lemonade. Nutty Nightmare Iced Coffee, on its end, is a combination of Dunkin' iced coffee and cream with tiramisu and toasted almond flavors.
The Halloween menu comes with deals, too
The chain's $6 Meal Deal is sticking around with a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwich, Hash Browns and a medium hot or iced coffee. Dunkin' Rewards members also get seasonal bonus-point opportunities, including 3X points on food purchases on October 16, 3X points on half dozen and dozen donuts and larger MUNCHKINS orders from October 30 to 31, as well as 4X points on beverages ordered ahead on Mondays through October 26.
The company is also offering 100 bonus points to Boosted Status members ordering after 1 p.m. through Oct. 31.
Just so you know, this is not the whole Halloween show. Dunkin’ says another clue will be revealed in Salem, Massachusetts, on October 8, with more seasonal surprises expected throughout the month.
