Dunkin' just held the most adorable one-day event that dog lovers everywhere would appreciate. On Aug. 26, the chain held its first-ever official doggie drive-thru experience, and it was as cute as you'd expect.

It's all about the dogs

Dunkin' is known for its coffee and food, not to mention its popular promotions like one million free coffees handed out. Now the chain is going to be known for something else - celebrating your fur baby.

On Aug. 26, the chain held its first Dunkin' for Dogs, organized by BARK and the Dunkin' Joy in Childhood Foundation. The drive-thru event took place at a very special location, Dunkin's birthplace in Quincy, Mass.

Dogs got Pup Cups, treats, toys, and more

The event meant that dog parents could order a Pup Cup for their furry family member when going through the dedicated doggie drive-thru lane.

And it wasn't just a Pup Cup. Dogs also got limited-edition Dunkin' x BARK bandanas, and treats. It was a total score for dogs. The event also marked the return of the ultra-popular BARK toy collection.

The collab toy collection raises money for the Dunkin' Joy in Childhood Foundation. So far, it has raised more than $15 million over its seven-year history.

You can still get your hands on the merch

If you weren't able to attend the event, you aren't totally out of luck.

Available at stores across the country and online, while supplies last, you can get your hands on the Dunkin' Wake-Up Wrap dog toy with a $14 donation, the Dunkin' Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher & Donuts dog toy available with a $16 donation, and the Dunkin' Iced Signature Latte & Chocolate Frosted Sprinkles Donut dog toy with a $20 donation.

The BARK x Dunkin' bandanas are also available while supplies last.

Just another reason to visit Dunkin'

Sometimes you're just looking for an excuse to treat yourself, and Dunkin' has now given you two—a treat for you and your dog.
