If you're longing for the days when you could order a drink to go along with your restaurant meal without spending a fortune, Applebee's has you covered. It's bringing back the ultra-popular Applebee's Dollarita menu for a limited time.

The two-year hiatus has come to an end

It's been two years since diners could take advantage of Applebee's Dollarita menu, but it's finally back. The Dollaritas return on July 1st for diners 21+ years old.

Applebee's used to run sporadic $1 drink deals, but it's been a long time since they were offered. With the cost of just about everything going up, the Dollarita menu lands as a welcome surprise.

You can't beat $1 margaritas

The Dollarita is a $1 margarita made with tequila, triple sec, and lime and is the ultimate summer beverage. Both cool and tart, it acts as a refresher on a sizzling hot day.

Locations nationwide will offer the deal until July 31. So this is a very limited-time offering. It's also available for dine-in customers only.

Adding to the deal, you can combine the Dollarita with any other Applebee's promotion, extending your savings. Offers like the 2 for $25 menu or the $15.99 All You Can Eat pair perfectly with it.

"An American original, the Dollarita has become a true cultural icon," said Michelle Chin, chief marketing officer at Applebee's, in a press release.

"This July, we're bringing it back—by overwhelming demand—for just $1, giving guests 21+ the perfect way to celebrate summer with unbeatable value at Applebee's," continued Chin.
